Specialist Corporate Planning [Japanese speaking/ Up to $5k ]

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the financial summary reports to the Management, based on the various financial
  documents submitted by subsidiaries and regional offices.
• Analyse current and past financial data and performance.
• Create any material to satisfy various purposes as required.
• Report to Manager and Management on monthly or required basis.
• Manage financial related data and the database.
• Reporting Business Plan by using BI application.
• Prepare the documents for corporate business strategy based on management instructions.
• Incorporation information obtained from group companies and regional offices into the
  business plan.
• Support to develop presentation material for Management.
• Support in preparation of Internal Audit for HQ.
• Coordinate for group companies BOD meeting
• Coordination with group companies for any report to HQ
• Assist to organize any meetings where necessary.
• Collect market and competitor’s data and do the analysis for APRHQ business planning

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of Accounting/Finance experience & open for corporate planning duties
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to adopt to any software and system to maintain financial data.
• Strong time management in multiple tasks concurrently required.
• Strong skill in documentation.
• Good ability to build up a long-term relationship with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japan HQ.

[Advantage]

• 3 years of Corporate Planning experience
• Working experience in Japanese or Foreign companies’ HQ.
• Working experience in construction or Engineering industries.
• Have experience using Business Intelligence tool preferably
