Staff Claims Executive

• Process employee medical, transport, overseas travel, and other staff claims.
• Verify claims against company policies and supporting documents.
• Conduct post-payment verification and claims reviews.
• Process manual claims and claims adjustments.
• Follow up with employees and external parties on outstanding claims.
• Prepare claims reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support claims-related audits and system enhancements.
• Handle staff enquiries relating to claims processing.

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in claims or finance administration.
• Good understanding of claims processing procedures.
• Experience with Workday is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
