Strategy and Planning Officer

Job Summary

As a Strategy and Business Planning Officer at BDO Singapore, you will drive growth and development by collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting the Chief Executive in defining and executing strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and increase market penetration
• Collaborate with Wealth, Institutional Banking Group, Retail Branch, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams to align and execute strategic objectives
• Conduct data-driven analyses to support business decision-making and optimize resource allocation
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing business strategies and recommend actionable improvements
• Prepare detailed business plans and presentations to clearly communicate strategies and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders
• Assist the Chief Executive in producing and distributing internal and external communications, including written memos, emails, PowerPoint presentations, talking points, and on-camera scripts
• Plan and coordinate events targeting Private Banking and Institutional/Corporate Banking clients to strengthen client relationships and business opportunities
