Sustainability & Communications Executive (Govt)

💰 Salary: $2,760 – $3,900/month
📍 Location: Central
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm | Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

About the Role

In this role, you'll support sustainability reporting, coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive sustainability awareness through communications and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and production of the annual Sustainability & ESG Report.

• Gather and consolidate information from stakeholders for sustainability reporting.

• Liaise with external vendors on report editing, design, and production.

• Support sustainability communications, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.

• Coordinate internal events and engagement activities that promote sustainability awareness.

• Work closely with stakeholders to showcase sustainability achievements and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Sustainability, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Experience in administration, communications, events, vendor management, project coordination, sustainability, or related functions is a plus.

• Knowledge of ESG or sustainability reporting frameworks is an added advantage.
