Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements and lead a team delivering tax advisory and compliance services.
• Provide support and tax advisory for clients establishing affiliated entities in Singapore.
• Deliver tax compliance services for Singapore-based subsidiaries.
• Advise clients in the maritime industry on Singapore market entry from a tax perspective.
• Provide advisory on structuring cross‑border investment funds for institutional investors.
• Support the setup of family offices, including accounting and tax advisory services.
• Perform related tasks aligned with the scope of the role.

Requirements

• Practical experience in a tax corporation, accounting/tax advisory firm, or tax authority.
• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher) required for effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Licensed tax accountant (Zeirishi) is an added advantage.
