Team Lead (Global Corporate Banking Department)

Job Description
1.Lead the team to expand potential business opportunities and deliver high-quality financial services to both existing and targeted Chinese clients, aligning with the bank's strategic objectives.

2.Guide the team to cross-sell the bank's products and enhance client retention, overseeing team's portfolio to maximize the return under the premise of compliance.

3.Collaborate with Head Office and other branches to provide comprehensive financial solutions to extra-large SOEs and strategic private Chinese enterprises.

4.Responsible for actively managing and controlling risks in the team's credit-related business, undertaking risk prevention in areas such as credit risk, compliance risk, from credit application to post-loan management with on-site visits to monitor credit quality and market changes.

5.According to national strategies and industry benchmarks, conduct in-depth analysis on industry trends and dynamics for related industries and key counterparties to benefit strategic decision-making.

6.Responsible for the team's performance, ensuring successful achievement of goals.

Requirements
1.Education: Recognized University Degree acceptable to the Bank

2. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate banking and related industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

3.In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and services, credit analysis, and risk management.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Proven ability to lead a team and drive business results.
