TECHNICAL ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced Executive to join our Technical Accounting Team. The successful candidate is responsible for managing reinsurance accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing, maintain strong financial controls, and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and review treaty accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Analyse technical data, including premiums, commissions, and brokerage.  
• Manage and monitor cash calls, cash call refunds, fund held, and loss reserve.
• Support quarterly closing and reporting process.
• Assist in process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in reinsurance industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Excel and Word
• Able to work independently, prioritize multiple deadlines, and perform well under tight schedule.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.
