Technical Coordinator (Compliance & Safety)

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

Project Management / 项目管理

· Manage interior renovation projects end-to-end, monitoring timelines and ensuring on-time completion 统筹室内装修项目全程，跟进工程进度，确保按时完工

· Conduct regular site visits to supervise works and perform quality checks 定期到工地巡查，监督施工并进行质量检查

· Coordinate workers, suppliers, and material deliveries to ensure smooth project execution 协调工人、供应商及材料送货，确保项目顺利推进

· Handle on-site issues including material delays, manpower shortages, and change requests 处理工地突发问题，包括材料延误、人手不足及工程变更

Client & Supplier Liaison / 客户与供应商沟通

· Communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking clients on project requirements and progress 以英语及普通话与客户沟通项目需求及进展

· Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and government agencies 与承包商、供应商及政府机构保持联络

Documentation & Administration / 文件与行政

· Prepare quotations, contracts, project drawings, and progress reports 准备报价单、合同、工程图纸及进度报告

· Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment follow-ups 管理采购订单、供应商发票及付款跟进

· Maintain project records including site photos and documentation 维护项目记录，包括工地照片及相关文件

Compliance & Safety / 合规与安全

· Serve as the company's Risk Management (RM) Champion; attend BizSAFE Level 2 course (fully sponsored) and lead BizSAFE Level 3 certification 担任公司风险管理负责人（RM Champion），参加 BizSAFE 二级课程（公司全额赞助）并主导 BizSAFE 三级认证

· Assist in BCA CRS CR06 registration and ongoing compliance maintenance 协助完成 BCA CRS CR06 注册申请及后续合规维护

· Ensure all worksites comply with MOM workplace safety regulations 确保所有工地符合 MOM 工作场所安全法规

· Maintain and update company Risk Assessment documents 维护及更新公司风险评估文件

· Assist with work pass applications (EP, S Pass, Work Permit and other pass types) for foreign employees in future 协助公司日后办理外籍员工各类工作准证申请

Requirements / 职位要求

Mandatory / 必要条件（缺一不可）

· Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident 新加坡公民或永久居民

· Must hold a diploma in a relevant discipline (Interior Design, Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent) awarded by one of the following BCA-recognised institutions: 须持有以下新加坡 BCA 认可院校颁发的相关专业文凭：

o BCA Academy / 建筑局学院

o Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) / 南洋理工学院

o Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) / 义安理工学院

o Republic Polytechnic (RP) / 共和理工学院

o Singapore Polytechnic (SP) / 新加坡理工学院

o Temasek Polytechnic (TP) / 淡马锡理工学院

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in renovation or construction industry 至少 3 年装修或建筑行业相关工作经验

· Proficient in English (spoken and written); conversational Mandarin to communicate with colleagues and clients 英语听说读写流利；具备日常普通话沟通能力，可与同事及客户正常交流

· Able to work independently and take initiative in a small team environment 能在小型团队中独立工作，主动承担责任

Preferred / 优先考虑

· Prior hands-on experience with BizSAFE Level 2 / Level 3 certification process 有 BizSAFE 二级 / 三级实操经验者优先

· Familiarity with BCA CRS registration process 熟悉 BCA CRS 注册流程者优先

· Experience in work pass applications (EP, S Pass, Work Permit, Dependent Pass, etc.) 有协助办理各类工作准证经验者优先

· Proficient in AutoCAD or other design/drafting software 熟悉 AutoCAD 或其他设计绘图软件者优先

What We Offer / 薪酬福利

· Monthly salary: S$3,000 – S$6,000 (based on experience) 月薪：S$3,000 – S$6,000（视经验而定）
