Technical Coordinator cum Administrator

Responsibilities

• Execute minor adjustments to CAD and Revit drawing files to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Assist engineers in certifying Variation Orders and Progress Claims to support project financial tracking
• Compile contract documents and drawings for the Technical Department to maintain organized project records
• Purchase online plans from relevant authorities and service providers to obtain necessary project documentation
• Coordinate with the Technical Department to track submission status and billing for timely project progress
• Liaise with Registered Inspectors to obtain quotations and schedule inspections for regulatory compliance
• File and maintain project drawings and documents following company ISO procedures to ensure document control
• Assist as an Internal Quality Auditor (IQA) during ISO internal audits to support quality management systems
• Purchase and update the company library with the latest Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice to maintain current technical references
• Prepare quotations and invoices, and follow up on payments to support project financial administration
• Perform other project-related duties as directed by the Reporting Supervisor to support team objectives

Requirements

• Must have relevant experience in Building Construction Firm (Contractor, Consultant)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, AutoCad & Revit
• Completed the course for Internal Auditor Training for ISO 9001
• Good knowledge in account payable & receivable
