Trade Finance & Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Support daily trading and commercial activities for Low Sulfur Marine Gas Oil (LSMGO).
• Maintain and update daily market data, including MOPS pricing reports.
• Coordinate closely with Trading, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Prepare and issue invoices for cargo deliveries, ex-wharf sales, bunkering transactions, and related services.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Manage customer credit limits and maintain accurate credit records.
• Conduct customer KYC checks and onboarding processes.
• Support onboarding and verification of new vendors.
• Handle trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit, shipping documents, LOIs, and invoices.
• Prepare margin analysis and management reports.
• Support month-end closing activities and SAP reconciliation.
• Assist in internal and external audits, including ICFR compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trading operations, shipping, bunker trading, oil trading, or commercial operations.
• Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications (advanced level).
• Knowledge of oil trading, bunker operations, shipping documentation, and trade finance is an added advantage.
