Trade Finance Executive

The Trade Finance role is vital to the success of any organisation. They play a crucial role in managing and processing international trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, import/export documentation, and payment settlements. The role involves coordinating with banks, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and compliant execution of trade activities.

The candidate will monitor trade finance facilities, verify shipping and financial documents and support risk management processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of trade finance operations are essential for maintaining efficient and accurate transaction processing.

The position requires effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced international business environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in trade finance related roles particularly within the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of oil trade finance procedures
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
