Job Scope:

• Cash Management: Monitoring and managing daily cash flow activities, including tracking incoming and outgoing funds to ensure liquidity.
• Banking Relationships: Maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating terms for loans, credit lines, and other banking services.
• Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making, such as assessing investment opportunities, evaluating risk, and forecasting cash flow.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitoring actual performance against planned targets.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as interest rate risk, currency risk, and liquidity risk, through appropriate hedging strategies.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including preparing financial statements and tax filings.
• Treasury Operations: Executing treasury transactions, such as managing foreign exchange transactions, investing excess cash, and coordinating payment processing.
• Financial Systems Management: Overseeing financial systems and software, ensuring accuracy of financial data and efficiency of financial processes.
• Communication and Collaboration: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as accounting, procurement, and management, to support financial objectives and provide financial insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in finance and treasury operations.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Banking/Finance or any equivalent studies
• Preferably with experience in trade finance
• Familiar with SAP system
