Trading Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Trading Assistant to join our trading team. The role provides exposure to the daily trade execution process and offers the opportunity to develop practical experience in execution trading while supporting the trading team.

Working alongside execution traders, you will support daily execution activities, monitor trading workflows, and gradually take on greater responsibilities as you develop the required knowledge and skills. This role does not involve independent investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

·        Support the trading team in the execution of daily trading activities.

·        Monitor trading workflows and assist in ensuring timely and accurate execution.

·        Maintain trading records and prepare execution-related reports.

·        Liaise with brokers and internal teams to facilitate daily trading activities.

·        Assist with market and trading-related administrative tasks.

·        Perform other duties assigned by the trading team.

Requirements

·        Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

·        Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

·        Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.

·        Able to remain focused and organized in a fast-moving environment.

·        Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking colleagues and business counterparties.
