Trading Tech Support Analyst Taguig City, Philippines

The Trading Tech Support Analyst is responsible for providing first- and second-line support for electronic trading platforms, ensuring seamless trade execution, platform stability, and exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, leading operational improvements, and supporting business-critical trading operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide L1/L2 support for electronic trading platforms and investigate production incidents

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve trade-related queries

• Support software deployments, platform upgrades, and production releases

• Partner with traders, brokers, business users, and external clients to resolve operational issues

• Maintain platform configurations, client accounts, and system documentation

• Lead process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members

• Work with third-party vendors and internal technology teams to support trading platforms

• Ensure compliance with operational controls, risk policies, and regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience supporting trading platforms

• Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience in a technical support environment

• Understanding of trade flows, financial markets, or trading systems

• Experience with log analysis, XML, ServiceNow, or similar support tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience within financial services, capital markets, investment banking, or trading environments is highly preferred
