Treasurer ( Account / Finance Executive Orchard)

Treasury Executive

• Working Days: 5 days
• Working Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Working Location: Orchard
• Starting Salary: $4500 - $5000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash and banking transactions, including payments, receipts, fund transfers, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and process payment instructions, payment vouchers, and other relevant financial documents.
• Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
• Handle bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions, bank accounts, and supporting documentation.
• Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation and control of cash disbursements.
• Coordinate with banks on account-related matters, payment issues, and banking transactions.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and preparation of cash flow reports.
• Ensure all payments and financial transactions are properly authorised and processed in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Liaise with the Finance team and other departments to support payment and cash management processes.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting-related activities when required.
• Perform other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, cashiering, accounts payable, finance operations, or accounting.
• Experience in handling daily payments, bank transactions, cash management, and bank reconciliation.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial processes.
