Key Responsibilities

Financing Support

1. Assist in preparing documentation for credit facilities negotiation/application.

2. Coordinate with banks on financing proposals, pricing and terms.

3. Track credit line utilization and ensure compliance with covenants.

Fintech Partnership Development

1. Identify and engage banks and financial institutions as potential partners for our fintech solutions.

2. Present and promote our fintech offerings (e.g., automated financing platforms, API-driven credit solutions).

3. Support integration projects and ensure smooth onboarding of partners.

Relationship Management

1. Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to secure financing and partnership opportunities.

2. Monitor market trends in fintech adoption and provide strategic recommendations.

Data & Reporting

1. Prepare reports on financing activities, partnership progress, and market insights.

2. Track performance of fintech initiatives and measure impact on business growth.

Risk & Compliance

1. Ensure all financing and partnership activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

2. Support audit processes by providing accurate documentation and reports

Job Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in:

• Finance
• Accounting
• Economics
• Business Administration

2. Minimum 3–5+ years in:

Corporate finance/Treasury operations/Cash management/Banking

3. Relevant experience areas:

Financial analysis/ Cash forecasting/Debt management/Banking relationships

4. Strong financial analysis and modelling skills

5. Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management

6. Understanding of:

Financial markets (FX, interest rates)

Investment instruments

Corporate funding structures

7. Proficiency in tools:

Excel (advanced level – pivot tables, formulas)

ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Treasury Management Systems (TMS)

8. Knowledge of:

Hedging techniques (FX, interest rate risk)

Risk management principles
