This position presents an exceptional opportunity to handle critical capital market operations while playing a key role in executing large-scale, complex corporate financing initiatives.

• Managing end-to-end drawdown requests, utilisation documentation, standard banking correspondence, and the central repository for financing agreements.

• Coordinating with cross-functional internal units and external partners including financial institutions, legal advisors, and valuation consultants.

• Tracking conditions precedent, conditions subsequent, and covenants to ensure full adherence to lender compliance requirements.

• Compiling operational and financial metrics to construct reporting packages, progress updates, and sustainability performance submissions.

• Assisting with stream-lining treasury administrative workflows and supporting digital process enhancement programs.

skills and experience required

• Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a relevant business discipline.

• Proven track record in corporate treasury, commercial banking, or financial audit.

• High level of numerical accuracy and proficiency in financial spreadsheet tools.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with business proficiency required for regional market coverage.

• Prior experience with syndicated facilities, structured project finance, or green financing framework structures is advantageous.
