Your new company

Client is a leader in food, feed and fibre in high-growth emerging markets seeking to hire a Treeasury Trade Finance personnel for 6 months (Maternity cover).

Location: Central

Work Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am to 6pm

Contract duration: 6months

Salary: up to $6,000 per month

Your new role

-        Trade Finance Operations: Manage and administer trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LCs),Bank Guarantees (BGs), and Documentary Collections. Support the efficient allocation and utilization of banking limits across business units

-        Banking Relationships: Liaise with bankers on credit facilities, operational matters, issue escalations, mandate maintenance, and KYC requirements. Build and maintain effective working relationships with external banking stakeholders.

-        Treasury system &E-banking: Familiar with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and experience in accessing e-banking platforms.

-        Project Management &Process Improvement: Participate in and coordinate multiple treasury-related projects simultaneously. Contribute to process enhancements, system implementations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

-        4–5 years of hands-on treasury and/or trade finance Operations, preferably within a commodity trading house, multinational corporation or financial institution

-        Sound understanding of international trade finance, including Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, documentary collections, and other trade finance instruments.

-        Experience working with SAP and Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) modules is highly preferred.

-        Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in MS Excel

-        Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
