• Deliver quality and timely monitoring / testing programs
  To conduct the review,development and implementation of a risk-based compliance monitoring programme (including surveillance and thematic reviews)
• To develop tools, aids and reports to facilitate the conduct of monitoring program and improve the quality of assurance output.
• To ensure timely delivery of planned program through proper scheduling and supervision of progress.         
• To execute and ensure testing scope is sufficient and representative testing has been carried out for independent assurance.
• Ensure the quality of monitoring reports.
• Timely completion of the monitoring programme.
  Complexity of laws,regulations and understanding controls in place to manage regulatory risk.
• Broad-base understanding of law and regulations required.  
• Collating of information as requested by regulators, Head Office and Senior Management.
• System and data complexity.
• Manage and support regulatory,internal or external audit process.        
• Ensure timely and accurate provision of information and responses to queries.
• Understanding and articulating processes in place, to be able to meet rising regulators’ / auditors/ expectations and demands.
