Job Description

1.           Account Receivable (Bank / Merchant Statements and Invoices)

2.           Monthly merchant bank reconciliation

3.           Daily and monthly sales reconciliation (Enagic System and QB)

4.           Daily and monthly inventory reconciliation (Physical and QB)

5.           E-Payment updates / checking (in Enagic System)

6.           Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Accounts Manager

Job Requirement

1.           Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience a plus point

2.     Those without experience are welcome to apply as Training is provided

3.           Experience with processing of banking transactions a plus point

3.           Knowledgeand experience in QuickBooks a plus point

4.           Ableto start work immediately

5.           Meticulouswith good attention to detail

Other Information

Work Location: Peninsula Plaza (Opposite City Hall MRTStation)

Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary : Up to $3500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
