Vice President Leasing

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Vice President Leasing to join our growing aviation leasing platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and play a key role in originating, evaluating, negotiating, and executing aircraft and spare engine leasing opportunities across a large and diverse fleet portfolio.

This role offers exceptional exposure across the aircraft leasing value chain, including aircraft leasing, spare engine leasing, aircraft financing, portfolio management, and transaction execution, as well as significant responsibility and ownership within a lean and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities

Commercial Analysis& Transaction Support

• Develop and maintain financial models, lease rate analyses, return projections, and investment evaluations for aircraft and engine leasing opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, lease quotations, term sheets, and transaction presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct scenario analysis and assess the financial and strategic impact of leasing, financing, acquisition, and remarketing opportunities.
• Support negotiations with airlines, lessors, financiers, OEMs, and other industry counterparties.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as a key liaison between commercial, legal, technical, finance, and operations teams to facilitate transaction execution and portfolio management.
• Coordinate internal approvals and ensure alignment across departments throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Monitor transaction progress and proactively resolve issues to meet commercial and operational deadlines.

External Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, financiers, lessors, and OEMs.
• Communicate effectively with counterparties during transaction evaluation, negotiation, documentation, delivery, and ongoing lease management.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.

Portfolio &Strategic Support

• Assist with fleet planning, lease placement strategies, portfolio reviews, and market research.
• Monitor market developments, aircraft values, lease rate trends, and competitive dynamics to support commercial decision-making.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development opportunities across the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, structured finance, banking, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail, strong commercial judgment, and sound problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse functions and cultures.
