This opportunity is suitable for Diploma holders and fresh Degree graduates, including candidates without prior experience or certifications in wealth management. A structured training programme will be provided to equip successful candidates with the necessary product knowledge, advisory skills, and regulatory requirements.

About the Department

The Retail Banking division provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their financial needs. Through a comprehensive range of banking products and services, the team helps customers manage their finances and achieve their financial goals.

Products and services include:

• Deposit products
• Insurance solutions
• Secured and unsecured lending
• Investment products
• Wealth advisory services

Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Wealth Executive, you will be responsible for providing financial advisory services to retail banking customers while delivering a high standard of customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide suitable financial planning, investment, and wealth management solutions based on customers' financial needs and objectives.
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with customers assigned to you.
• Achieve individual sales targets through the promotion of the Bank's financial products and services.
• Deliver professional financial advice throughout customers' wealth management journey.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and applicable regulatory requirements, including the Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and related regulations.
• Leverage the Bank's customer network and referral opportunities to grow your customer portfolio.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Customer-oriented with an interest in sales and relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
