As the primary face of our branch banking, you will engage clients through various touchpoints—from in-person consultations to tele-appointments—to understand their unique aspirations. Your role is to offer holistic financial planning, identifying ideal products from our diverse portfolio to secure their future. We believe in cultivating lasting relationships built on trust and professional integrity.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Degree or Diploma holder with a strong interest in wealth management. We value excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the flexibility to work on weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Serve individual retail customers and advise them on various personal banking and financial products and services.
• Engage customers through branch banking touch points, tele-appointments, and outreach programs.
• Possess sound financial knowledge and provide holistic financial planning advice.
• Identify suitable financial solutions offered by the bank to meet customers' financial goals.
• Understand and adhere to banking regulations and guidelines when conducting business.
• Cultivate close long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers to assess their financial needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or a diploma from a local polytechnic.
• Interest in financial planning or wealth management.
• Enjoy interacting with people, good communicator, and able to conduct yourself professionally.
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Candidates with more years of relevant financial advisory experience will be considered for Senior Wealth Planning Manager position.
