Join us as a Wealth Planning Manager, where you will deliver tailored financial advice and solutions to retail clients, guiding them toward their long-term financial objectives.

As a key representative of branch banking, you will engage customers across multiple channels, including in-branch consultations and tele-appointments, to understand their financial needs and aspirations. You will provide comprehensive wealth planning advice and recommend suitable solutions from a broad product portfolio. This role places strong emphasis on building enduring client relationships founded on trust, professionalism, and ethical advisory practices.

This opportunity is well-suited for Degree or Diploma holders with a keen interest in wealth management. Strong interpersonal skills, professional conduct, and the flexibility to work on weekends are valued.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services to individual retail customers on personal banking and financial products
• Engage customers through branch-based interactions, tele-appointments, and outreach initiatives
• Deliver holistic financial planning advice supported by sound financial knowledge
• Identify and recommend appropriate financial solutions aligned with customers’ financial goals
• Ensure full compliance with banking regulations, policies, and industry guidelines
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers to review and assess financial needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or a diploma from a local polytechnic
• Strong interest in financial planning or wealth management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Candidates with more extensive financial advisory experience may be considered for a Senior Wealth Planning Manager position
