About the Role

HSBC Life is expanding our wealth advisory team and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Wealth Solutions Consultant. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates, career switchers, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in financial consulting and client advisory.

You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship from experienced industry professionals, and hands-on exposure to wealth planning conversations. Through structured development programmes, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to understand clients’ financial goals and support them in making informed financial decisions.

This is a client-facing role suited for individuals who enjoy building relationships, continuous learning, and working in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and develop skills in conducting wealth advisory conversations under structured training and supervision
• Understand clients’ financial goals, priorities, and long-term planning needs
• Support client reviews and provide updates on market trends, financial products, and investment insights
• Participate in product learning sessions with leading fund partners and industry specialists
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through referrals, networking activities, events, and warm outreach
• Assist clients in reviewing and improving their financial strategies over time
• Manage ongoing client relationships while identifying opportunities to provide further support
• Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes
• Ensure all client interactions and processes follow regulatory and compliance requirements
