Web3 Business & Operations Lead

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Web3 Business & Operations Lead to support the growth of its digital asset, stablecoin, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystem initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who have experience within the Web3 industry and possess a strong understanding of the ecosystem, key market participants, business models, and emerging trends. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, support strategic initiatives, drive execution, and contribute to the growth of the business.

The role sits at the intersection of business, product, operations, compliance, and technology, requiring someone who is commercially minded, execution-focused, and comfortable navigating a fast-moving and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of business initiatives across Web3, digital assets, stablecoins, and blockchain-related ecosystems

• Work closely with senior leadership to evaluate business opportunities, ecosystem partnerships, and market expansion initiatives

• Drive cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders

• Support the launch, scaling, and operationalisation of new products, services, and ecosystem partnerships

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including exchanges, blockchain partners, technology providers, financial institutions, and ecosystem participants

• Analyse business challenges and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and business performance

• Translate business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes

• Prepare business updates, recommendations, and materials to support leadership decision-making

• Monitor market developments, ecosystem trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities within the Web3 industry

• Act as a key driver of execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Experience within Web3, digital assets, stablecoin, blockchain, crypto, or related ecosystems

• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, key industry participants, business models, and market dynamics

• Experience supporting or leading business, product, operational, or strategic initiatives

• Experience launching, scaling, or operationalising products, services, partnerships, or business initiatives

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational and technical concepts into business outcomes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution
