Admin Executive

Working Location: Bugis

Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Working time: 9.00 to 6.00 pm

Salary: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange sales campaigns and events.
• Prepare reports for sales management upon request.
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Recommend necessary courses for funding and ensure enrollment within the registration period.
• Establish and implement an effective documentation and filing system for both physical and digital records.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management periodically.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum diploma in any field.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with a keen sense of responsibility and high motivation.
• Pay attention to detail, function well in a team, and work independently with minimal supervision.
