1 Year Associate Executive (HR Shared Services) *GOVT Healthcare*

Working Location: Novena

Salary Range:  Up to $3,000

Contract duration:  1 year

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Service Delivery

•         Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries

•         Process HR transactions within SLA 

•         Maintain accurate employee records and compliance

•         Provide timely and professional support to employees and HR stakeholders through shared service channels

Pre & Onboarding Operations

•         Preparation of employment contracts and appointment letters

•         Coordination of medical screening and pre-employment checks

•         Creation and maintenance of employee records

•         Work pass administration and coordination with relevant agencies

•         Facilitation of onboarding activities.

In-Service Operations

•  Employee data maintenance

•         Probation confirmation administration

•         Contract renewal processing

•         Professional License administration

•         Employment certification support

Offboarding Operations

·       Support resignation, clearance and exit documentation processes

·       Coordinate employee separation activities with relevant stakeholders

·       Process employee record updates and work pass cancellations where applicable

·       Ensure timely completion of offboarding transactions and documentation

Continuous Improvement & Operational Support

·       Support projects, SOP updates and provide coverage across HRSS functions.

Requirements:

·       Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline

-       No experience required as training provided

·       Prior HR administration, HR operations, shared services or customer service experience would be advantageous
