1 year contract Office Receptionist- Up to $3.3K #HTJ

• We are looking to engage a Contract Receptionist to support our front desk and office administration operations.
• The role will include answering and transferring calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming mail and deliveries,
• coordinating visitor registration, supporting meeting room and despatch arrangements, assisting with office events, and handling general reception duties as required.

Requirements

• Min N / O / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Min 2 to 3 years of receptionist experience in MNC setting
• Able to start work immediately or short notice

Office hours, Mon to Fri
Up to $3.3K
