1 Year Contract Programme Executive (Elderly/ Active Care/ Community) #HCG

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and running community programmes and projects.
• Support the development of partnerships and services with healthcare and community organizations.
• Monitor project progress to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
• Conduct outreach activities and engage seniors in community programmes.
• Prepare educational and promotional materials.
• Coordinate and guide volunteers during programme activities.
• Maintain client records, programme documentation, and reports.
• Manage stakeholder communications and feedback.
• Plan staff and volunteer schedules for programme operations.
• Identify and recommend improvements to programmes and services.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver programmes effectively.
• Provide regular programme updates to supervisors.
• Support other departmental duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or community care.
• Able to commit 5.5 days office hours. Require to work on Saturday, half a day
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn.
