1 Year Contract Senior / Business Development Executive (Healthcare) #HCG

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expand partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
• Support the expansion of customer and partner networks through strategic collaborations.
• Prepare and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned accounts.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer satisfaction surveys to identify business opportunities.
• Develop marketing materials and support outreach activities, including roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate and support corporate events, community engagement programmes, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, or a related role.
• Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
