The Job:

• Support the design and delivery of Total Rewards solutions across markets
• Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluations, incentive calculations, and benefits program updates
• Assist in annual reward review cycles, including system, data, and process execution
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver standardized yet locally relevant processes
• Manage and execute Total Rewards activities independently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and reward policies
