To provide administrative and coordination support for the hospital’s clinical governance activities, including the Medical Board, Clinical Standards Steering Committee, and related meetings. The role supports accurate documentation, follow‑up of decisions, and the review and approval of hospital and relevant cluster clinical policies.

Responsibilities

Medical Board (MB) and Clinical Standards Steering Committee (CSSC) Support

Plans and manages regular MB and CSSC meetings, including agenda coordination, presentation collation, and minute‑taking.

Supports follow‑up projects arising from committee decisions and ensures that key quality assurance committee roles are updated

Clinical Policy and Governance Support

Supports the review, coordination, and approval of governance documents, hospital and relevant cluster clinical policies.

Stakeholder Coordination and Project Support

Participate in projects and work closely with stakeholders to support smooth governance processes, clear communication, and participation as a team member in governance‑related projects and workgroups.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences or any other related discipline

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

Excellent organisation and analytical mindset

Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of stakeholders
