The Job:

• Manage the full membership life cycle from initial prospect engagement through conversion and onboarding with a focus on sustainable, target-driven results to drive membership growth
• Proactively prospect through cold outreach, referral networks, and participation in relevant industry events. Maintain a healthy, well-tracked pipeline of qualified leads with accurate recordsand clear visibility on conversion status at every stage
• Analyse performance and report insights
• Review recruitment outcomes and market trends to refine outreach strategies. Prepare periodic reports on KPI progress with actionable recommendation
• Take on projects and tasks as assigned by the reporting officer, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach to shared objective
