2419 - HR Assistant [ Tuas South // 5 Days // Up to $2800 ]

• Salary: $2,300 – $2,800
• Working Timing: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri).
• Working Location: Tuas South [ Company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT Station ]

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR Manager on a full spectrum of Human Resource and Admin function including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management
• Orientate new staff of all levels and maintain/update personal files; assist in all onboarding related matters
• Assist in preparation of payroll including computation of workers’ overtime and trip incentives; submission of CPF contribution; and IR21 tax clearances
• Employee relations including adhoc planning of recreation and welfare activities, training and development, HR projects and management reporting
• Application of work passes, renewal and cancellation
• Handle & process resignation, termination & dismissal
• Assist in preparation of employment surveys and related matters

Requirement:

• Training Provided
• Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any field
