3 Months Contract to Long Term HR Executive Assistant #HCG

Job Responsibilities

• Support HR recruitment processes - screening of candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding of candidates
• Ensure all processes comply with HR policies, standard procedures, and service level agreements.
• Support projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle high-volume work with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
