Admin Assistant

Salary: $2,000 – $2,500

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.15am – 4.00pm

Location: Pioneer

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and provide reception support.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents.
• Monitor and replenish office stationery, warehouse consumables, and PPE supplies.
• Assist with GST-related data verification and record maintenance.
• Coordinate disposal of warehouse materials and waste as required.
• Arrange calibration, servicing, and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Maintain and organize documentation, including GRNs, invoices, payment vouchers, shipping documents, and correspondence.
• Perform data entry and ensure records are accurately updated.
• Maintain proper filing systems and document control.
• Provide administrative support to departments as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
