IT & HR Assistant

Salary: $2,000 – $2,500

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support and system maintenance services to company employees.
• Manage and maintain company email accounts, network infrastructure, ERP, and MES systems.
• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts and system access permissions.
• Assist in implementing data security and information protection measures.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including printers, laptops, and desktop computers.
• Handle HR administrative matters, including employee onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, HRM system updates, and document management.
• Process work pass applications, renewals, and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain employee attendance records and monitor attendance data.
• Manage visitor reception, incoming calls, emails, and courier arrangements.
• Handle purchase requisitions and purchase order processing.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Relevant IT support experience is preferred.
