Legal Admin Executive

Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $3000 - $3500

Location : Toa Payoh

Job Scope:

• Preparation of legal documents and filling of documents for conveyancing cases. Working closely with the team in ensuring smooth completion of transactions.

• Liaising with Agents, Brokers, clients, banks and related parties for further verification and clarification.

• Administrative support in requesting and retrieving of necessary documents.

• Setting up of appointment for client to sign legal documents with the Solicitor as well as monitoring deadlines.

• Preparing the bank letters to notify the bank and serve notices to complete the legal process.

Requirements:

• Meticulous, well-organised and good time management
• Able to work both independently and as a team
• Diploma graduated
