Sales Admin cum Purchaser

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm

Location: Boon Lay

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer requests
• Coordinate with customers, sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor order status and maintain accurate customer records
• Source and liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and product requirements
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Follow up on supplier orders and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Compare supplier quotations and support cost-effective purchasing
• Verify received goods and coordinate with suppliers on discrepancies or replacement matters
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, purchasing, or a related role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Strong negotiation and organisational skills
• Experience in inventory monitoring and order tracking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
