5 days Sales Admin (Woodlands)

Sales Admin

Salary: $2000 – $2500

Working Hours: 830am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Woodlands

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Assist in preparing and formatting quotations based on customer requirements and sales team inputs.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and track incoming RFQs, record them systematically, and assign them to the appropriate sales team members for follow-up.
• Support the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments.
• Maintain proper records of sales transactions, supplier agreements, RFQs, and customer communications.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and support general sales administration duties when required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales support, administration, or purchasing roles will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
