6 Months Admin Assistant (Entry Level) #NJN

Location: Somerset

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)

Salary range: Up to $2,500

Job Scope

• Collaborate with Relationship Manager to assist in meeting application process
• Develop and maintain understanding of dealer or agent base
• Perform as key contact for dealers or agents for documentation follow up
• Initiate activities to ensure on time and scheduled responses to customers and dealers or agents
• Alert Relationship Managers for any potential delays
• Assist Relationship Managers to attain approval on new applications.
• Evaluate customers applications and conduct phone calls to confirm data where necessary
• Conduct searches for mandatory information to analyse customer’s situation and vehicle details.
• Perform execution of documents and disbursement duties for approved applications

Requirements

• Minimum A Level/Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in Motor industry preferred
