This role will support the operations of Qualifying Examination (QE) and Thesis Administration for research programmes to ensure fulfillment of all graduation requirements by research students.

Job Description

• Review documents submitted by Schools for Qualifying Examination (QE) and Thesis Administration to ensure compliance with the University policy/ guidelines
• Maintain and update student’s records for QE and thesis examination
• Work with Schools to monitor and track outstanding cases for QE and thesis processing
• Assist in reviewing and updating website content
• Assist in designing graphics and other visual elements for webpages and communication materials
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of other academic services function and other special project (e.g. Process Automation Projects) as assigned by the Team Lead

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s degree in any related. Experience in Process Automation Projects is an advantage.
• Experience in web design and graphic design.
• Proficiency in office IT applications and Microsoft Office.
