[6 MTHS CONTRACT TO PERM] Administrative Associate (Home Care) #HZTS

Job Responsibilities:

General Administration

• Provide administrative support in compiling clients' financial schemes (e.g. Medifund, Medisave, eSMF) with external agencies to ensure timely claims submission
• Extract, monitor, and analyse data to assist with scheduling client review assessments
• Maintain learning calendars and training materials, and handle weekly document submissions
• Maintain audit schedules and coordinate with stakeholders to keep documents up to date
• Compile and onboard clients for e-Giro as the preferred mode of payment
• Create, maintain, and update automated reports and interactive dashboards

Vendor Management

• Create, compile, and maintain vendor contracts
• Maintain regular reports on operations, vendors, expenses, and administrative activities
• Schedule vendor appointments with clients in a timely manner
• Coordinate between vendors and clients to ensure appointments are created and fulfilled on time

Inventory Management

• Raise purchase orders for equipment and inventory management, including receiving of goods, restocking, and distribution
• Facilitate and implement self-collection of inventory
• Work with internal and external stakeholders

Other Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and other administrative work as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma
• Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative support
