HR Admin Assistant
Salary: $2800 - $3100
Working Days: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
Working Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative support responsibilities include managing day-to-day tasks, office supplies, equipment, mail and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by department heads or managers.
• To source for good vendors for the company if needed and upkeep all company's assets, renewal of memberships, vehicle VPC and road-tax and insurance.
• Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates when required.
• Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources 
• Training Provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
