6mths Contract HR Assistant - $3K to $3.8K (Medical device MNC) #HKH

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure accurate documentation.
• Support onboarding processes by coordinating workstation preparation.
• Manage recruitment postings across job platforms and assist with end-to-end hiring coordination.
• Administer employee benefits and insurance claims and liaise with insurers to resolve related matters.
• Coordinate meetings, company events, and employee engagement initiatives to support workplace culture.
• Oversee office facilities and ensure proper upkeep of equipment and general office amenities.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Min 2 years of relevant HR Experience
