Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, managing the reception area, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities • Customer Service Duty in a school setting.
• Answering phone calls, managing visitors, taking messages, responding to inquiries, and providing general useful information.
• Accepting mails/goods on behalf of the school and ensuring prompt routing to recipients.
• Maintaining office inventories such as stationery.
• Performing printing tasks.
• Rendering first-level assistance to walk-in students' needs, including sick & injured students.
• Escalating cases to other colleagues in the office immediately if they are beyond superficial cases.
• Performing clerical duties such as survey collation, data entry, filing, and minutes-writing.
• Completing any other duties as assigned by the school.
Requirements • Minimally O Levels.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills in reception duties, preferably in a school environment.
• Good team player with a high level of initiative.
• Meticulous and detailed when carrying out tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good customer service skills with 2 years of admin and frontline counter service experience in a school environment.
• Knowledge of 1st aid is preferred.
