8 months Contract Secretary (Cover Maternity) $5,500 #NJA

The Job:

• Provide full managerial and administrative support of a general and confidential nature to the CFO and the wider Finance team
• Coordinate the administrative and logistics aspects of meetings
• Assisting the consolidation of agenda/materials for meetings
• Produce minutes of meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodation & support the expense claims for the management
• Undertake any other function-related duties and tasks assigned
• Liaise for the purpose of information requests, provision, event/meeting coordination & confirmation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Coordinate meetings and arrangements
• Disseminate information as requested
• Process Travel Request System and Purchase Requisition System
• Obtain necessary approvals for all purchase/travel requisitions & expense claims                                                                                             

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of secretarial experience with senior management      
• Excellent Computer literacy, MS Office skills (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, etc.)
