The Job:

• Support preparation of cutover plans for country deployments and go-live activities across APAC countries
• Coordinate hyper care activities following country go-live.
• Facilitate daily and weekly hyper care meetings with country teams and key stakeholders
• Coordinate the logging and tracking of system incidents, defects, and enhancement requests
• Analyse support tickets, incidents, and deployment-related issues to identify trends and recurring problems
• Support planning and coordination of device firmware upgrades across APAC locations
