Sales & Marketing Admin Assistant

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri), 8:30am-5:30pm

Location: Ang Mo Kio 

Salary $2,400 - $2,700 + AWS

Job Descriptions:

• Attend and handle incoming hotline calls
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and internal training events
• Create and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
• Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team, including scheduling and data entry
• Packing and preparing of shipping goods and handling of LC documents for bank submission
• Submit monthly forecasted pending sales order report to Account team
• Other ad hoc administrative duties as assign

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
• Proficient in using MS Office suite, Excel and familiar with QuickBooks Accounting Software
